Sales Representative (Sales Position)

・Develop business relationships with companies that need foreign talent, particularly those requiring specified skilled workers or dispatch workers.

・Utilize SNS and digital platforms to identify job seekers and potential business partners.

・Maintain good relationships with existing business partners and conduct continuous follow-up.

・Coordinate interview schedules for job seekers and facilitate communication and coordination between job seekers and companies.

・As a registration support organization, propose support services for foreign talent to companies and handle procedures and administrative work related to contracts and partnerships.

・Provide necessary support and assistance to foreign talent while they are working in Japan.

Within 3 years of graduating from university (S1).

Majored in economics, marketing, Japanese literature, Japanese studies, or a related field.

Possess Japanese language ability equivalent to JLPT N2, BJT 400 points or higher, or an equivalent level.

Able to relocate to Hiroshima, Japan and work from around February 2027.

Interested in sales operations and building relationships with companies.

Able to communicate and perform duties using the Japanese language.

Able to prepare a resume in Japanese format for application.
