We are recruiting a store manager for a go-kart tour that runs through Shibuya Scramble Crossing and Dogenzaka Street!

With many customers from overseas, it's an internationally diverse workplace where you can use both English and Japanese.

Your main responsibilities are store operations and staff management, but when we're short-staffed, you may also serve as a tour guide to show customers around.

【Main Duties: Store Management】

• Sales management and operational status confirmation

• Staff shift management and personnel allocation

• Staff training, education, and work guidance

• Tour reservation management and schedule coordination

• Responding to inquiries from overseas customers

• Service quality and safety management, operational improvements

【Supplementary Duties: Go-Kart Tour Guide】

When we're short-staffed, you may run through the streets of Shibuya with customers from overseas and guide the tour.

• Reception and assistance with costume selection

• Safety briefing and go-kart operation explanation (in English)

• Lead the group by go-kart and guide them safely

• Commemorative photos, farewells, and go-kart inspection

Each tour lasts about 1 hour. The go-karts are automatic with turn signals. We'll teach you carefully even if you have no driving experience.

▼Things You Should Know

• While store management is the focus, there are also outdoor tour duties

• You may run in hot summers and cold winters

• Safe driving and compliance with traffic rules are the top priority

• There are also evening tours (until around 9 PM)

▼Salary and Work Conditions

Hourly wage ¥1,500 ~ ¥1,800 (salary increases and permanent employment opportunities based on ability and performance)

• Transportation allowance provided (maximum 2,000 yen per day)

• 5 days per week, 8 hours per day work required

• Hourly wage of 1,700 yen upon sub-manager promotion, 1,800 yen upon manager promotion

　Example) In case of 23 days of work per month: Sub-manager monthly salary 312,800 yen, Manager monthly salary 331,200 yen

This recruitment is targeted at individuals holding a "Technology/Humanities/International Services" visa status.

【Essential Requirements】

• For those with Technology/Humanities/International Services visa: Japanese language proficiency of JLPT N2 or above

• For Permanent Residents, Long-term Residents, Spouses of Japanese Nationals, Spouses of Permanent Residents, and Special Permanent Residents: Japanese language proficiency is not required (it is fine even if you cannot speak it at all)

• Ability to guide customers and communicate with staff in English

• Possession of a valid driver's license in Japan (Japanese driver's license or an International Driving Permit valid in Japan)

• Experience in store operations or staff management (manager or leader positions)

• Ability to work 5 days a week, 8 hours per day
