[Urgent Hiring] Construction Management for Residential Land Development in Sendai Central | Weekends and Holidays Off · Monthly Salary 250,000 Yen~

This is construction management that oversees "land preparation" before a house is built. In the residential land development projects where we build our subdivision homes, we manage the site, drawings, budget, and schedule to ensure construction proceeds safely and on plan.

▼Work Flow

1. Sales checks whether water pipes are installed on the land purchased

2. Create construction drawings based on the findings and obtain quotes

3. Place construction orders with partner companies

4. Manage ground surveys and the progress of each construction phase

You will drive a vehicle for work.

▼Work Environment

Photo reports and drawing confirmations are completed via a smartphone app. With approximately 3,000 partner companies, many skilled workers are familiar with our company, making coordination on site easier. Inexperienced staff receive training and support from senior colleagues.

▼Salary

Monthly salary 250,000 yen and up (including fixed overtime pay of 45,000 yen / 25.52 hours; amount excluding this is 205,000 yen and up) + specialist commission 30,000 yen

※Overtime pay exceeding the above hours is paid separately

┗Those with less than 3 years of work experience start as contract employees (3 months, 3 months, 6 months renewal terms). During this period, fixed overtime pay is for 29.26 hours, and specialist commission begins after becoming a full-time employee

┗Experienced candidates: annual salary 4 million to 8 million yen (1/14 of annual amount paid monthly)

【Absolutely Required Conditions】

・Regular automobile driver's license (Japanese license. AT-only is acceptable)　※You will drive vehicles for work

・Experience in construction management

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 level (for meetings with partner companies and craftspeople, and for reading drawings and documents)

【Regarding Residence Status】

Permanent residents, long-term residents, spouses of Japanese nationals, spouses of permanent residents, and those with "Technology/Humanities/International Services" status are eligible to apply.
