【Leveraging Real Estate License】Residential Land Procurement Sales in Koriyama | Monthly Salary 300,000 Yen and Up · Bonuses Twice Yearly

We are recruiting people who hold the qualification of Takken-shi (Real Estate Transaction Specialist).

This is a sales position where we "buy" land to build houses, rather than "sell" houses. We search for and purchase land to build our new single-family homes (residential developments). Our business partners are local real estate companies.

▼Work Flow

1. Visit real estate companies in your assigned area and gather information about land (approximately 10 companies per day)

2. Investigate the shape of the land and surrounding environment on-site

3. Calculate purchase and selling prices, and create a plan

4. Obtain internal approval and execute the contract

5. Once the house is completed, request the real estate company to handle sales

You can see the entire process through from the land you selected to the house being built and families moving in.

▼At First

After about 3 days of training, you will visit real estate companies with a senior colleague. As you visit repeatedly and build trust, land information will naturally accumulate. Many employees have been promoted to section chief within 1-2 years of joining.

▼Salary

Monthly salary: ¥300,000~ (including fixed overtime allowance of ¥47,000 / 24.76 hours. Amount excluding this is ¥253,000~)

※Overtime pay exceeding the above hours will be paid separately.

Bonuses twice a year / Incentives available / Estimated annual income ¥4,000,000~¥10,000,000

【Essential Requirements】

・Real Estate Agent License (Takken-shi / Real Estate Transaction Agent) ※You cannot apply without this qualification

・At least 1 year of work experience as a working adult (experience working as a full-time or contract employee)

・Regular driver's license (Japanese license. AT-only license is acceptable)

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 level (required to negotiate with real estate companies and read contract documents)

・Ability to commute using your own vehicle

Permanent residents, long-term residents, spouses of Japanese nationals, spouses of permanent residents, and those with "Technical, Humanistic Knowledge, and International Business" status can apply.
