A full-time employee to take charge of the kitchen. Monthly salary ¥300,000–¥400,000. If you have a cooking license or experience as a head chef or kitchen manager, you can put those skills to use.

▼What kind of work?

You will prepare meals for elderly residents in the kitchen of a care facility. Unlike restaurants, there is no customer service, and there are no busy rush times with concentrated orders. You prepare meals following a set menu in the same routine every day.

▼What's unique about care facilities

・You will also prepare "minced food" cut into easy-to-chew pieces and "blended food" processed through a mixer

・For allergies and ingredients that must not be eaten, you confirm and serve them together with the resident's name

・Cooking, plating, and serving

・Creating shift schedules for kitchen staff and teaching work procedures

・Ordering ingredients and managing inventory

・Kitchen hygiene management and record-keeping

▼About this facility

A facility with day service and short-stay care in the same building. 10 minutes by bus from Kuki Station, get off at "Kurihara." Commuting by car is also possible (free parking available). The number of meals is 50–60 for lunch, and 17–20 for breakfast and dinner. There is a plan to start growing vegetables in the adjacent field, and you can participate if you wish (participation is optional).

【Essential Requirements】

・Qualifications: None (qualifications are not required)

・Japanese: Around JLPT N3 level. Ability to read hiragana and katakana (to confirm food ingredients and allergens by name)

【Regarding Residence Status】

Permanent residents, long-term residents, spouses of Japanese nationals, and spouses of permanent residents can apply. Since this job is primarily cooking-focused, you cannot work with residence statuses such as "Technical/Humanities/International Services" or "Nursing Care."

※This is a standing job. Since we use fire, the kitchen becomes very hot in summer.
