▼What kind of work?

A "group home" is a house where elderly people with dementia live together in small numbers (up to 9 people per unit). Cooking and laundry are done together with residents whenever possible. Work is organized on a shift system combining early, day, late, and night shifts.

▼Main duties

・Assistance with meals, bathing, and toileting

・Cooking, serving meals, cleaning, and laundry

・Recreation and seasonal events

・Night shift (rounds, toileting assistance, helping residents wake up)

・Record-keeping and staff handovers

・Night shift allowance: 4,500 yen per shift

At first, you'll work alongside experienced staff and learn the daily routine. Once you're comfortable, you may be asked to train new staff members. We support qualification acquisition, so you can work toward your practical training certification or care worker certification while working.

A group home 17 minutes' walk from Satte Station. You can also commute by car (parking available).

【Essential Requirements】

・Qualifications: None (You can apply even without qualifications or prior care work experience)

・Japanese: Around JLPT N3 level (able to understand conversations with users and the content of records and handover notes). Ability to read hiragana and katakana
