[No qualifications/experience required] Care worker at group home, full-time position | Konosu City, no night shifts

You can start as a full-time employee even without qualifications and even if you're new to care work. Starting salary: 230,000 yen per month. We provide support to obtain qualifications while working.

▼What kind of work?

"Group homes" are houses where elderly people with dementia live together in small numbers (up to 9 people per unit). Cooking and laundry are done together with residents whenever possible. You work as a full-time employee with day shifts only—no night shifts.

▼Main duties

・Assistance with meals, bathing, and toileting

・Cooking, serving meals, cleaning, and laundry

・Recreation and seasonal events

・Record-keeping and staff handovers

▼Your skills will grow

At first, you'll work alongside experienced staff and learn the daily routine. Once you're comfortable, you'll be given the responsibility of training new staff members. We provide support for obtaining qualifications, and you can pursue practical training certifications and care worker certifications while working.

▼About this facility

This is a group home with a day service in the same building. 7 minutes by car from Kitamoto Station. You can commute by car (parking available). We also place emphasis on online (ZOOM) training.

【Essential Requirements】

・Qualifications: None (You can apply even without qualifications or prior care work experience)

・Japanese: Around JLPT N3 level (ability to understand conversations with users and the content of records and handover notes). Ability to read hiragana and katakana
