▼What kind of work?

"Group homes" are houses where elderly people with dementia live together in small numbers (up to 9 people per unit). Cooking and laundry are done together with residents whenever possible. Work is organized on a shift system combining early, day, late, and night shifts.

・Assistance with meals, bathing, and toileting

・Cooking, serving meals, cleaning, laundry

・Recreation and seasonal events

・Night shifts (rounds, toileting assistance, helping residents wake up)

・Record-keeping and staff handovers

・Monthly salary 220,000 yen and up (determined by experience and qualifications. Maximum 290,000 yen)

・Night shift allowance 4,500 yen per shift

▼Your skills will grow

At first, you'll work alongside experienced staff and learn the daily routine. Once you're comfortable, you may be asked to train new staff members. The facility supports qualification acquisition, and you can pursue practical training or certification as a care worker while working.

A 7-minute walk from Shin-Shiraoka Station. It's a group home divided into 2 units of 9 people each. There's a park in front, and on nice days residents go out for walks.

【Essential Requirements】

・Qualifications: Care Worker Initial Training or higher. Experience working in care

・Japanese: Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3 level or equivalent (able to understand conversations with users and the content of records and handover notes). Ability to read hiragana and katakana

【Regarding Residence Status】

Permanent residents, long-term residents, spouses of Japanese nationals, spouses of permanent residents, and those with "Care Worker" residence status may apply.

【Preferred Candidates】
