Starting salary of 220,000 yen. With night shift allowance, it comes to 238,000 yen or more per month with 4 night shifts per month. If you have initial training certification, you can apply even without practical experience.

▼What kind of work?

"Short-term stay" is a care facility where elderly people stay for just a few days to a few weeks. It is used when family members are away from home for work or errands. The schedule is shift-based, combining early shifts, day shifts, late shifts, and night shifts.

▼Main duties

・Assistance with meals, bathing, and toileting

・Reception of new residents and those leaving, and luggage confirmation

・Recreation and seasonal events

・Night shifts (rounds, toileting assistance, help with waking up)

・Record-keeping and staff handovers

・Monthly salary 220,000 yen and up (determined by experience and qualifications)

・Night shift allowance 4,500 yen per shift

▼Your skills will grow

At first, you will work alongside senior staff and learn the daily routine. Once you become comfortable, you may be given the role of teaching newly hired staff. We provide support for obtaining qualifications, and you can pursue practical training and care worker certification while working.

▼About this facility

A short-term stay facility with an attached day service. 10 minutes by bus from Kuki Station, 20 minutes on foot from Satte Station. You can also commute by car (free parking available).

【Essential Requirements】

・Qualifications: Care Worker Initial Training or higher

・Japanese: Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3 level or equivalent (level at which you can understand conversations with users and the content of records and handover notes). Ability to read hiragana and katakana

【Regarding Residence Status】

Permanent residents, long-term residents, spouses of Japanese nationals, spouses of permanent residents, and those with the residence status "Nursing Care" may apply.
