[No Night Shifts] Care Worker, Full-Time Position | Kuki City · Monthly Salary ¥220,000–

Full-time employee working day shifts only, no night shifts. Starting salary of 220,000 yen per month. Since we have an attached day service facility, you can also gain experience in transportation assistance and day-care nursing.

▼What kind of work is it?

"Short-term stay" is a care facility where elderly people stay for just a few days to a few weeks. It is used when family members need to be away from home for work or other reasons. You will work as a full-time employee on day shifts only, with no night shifts.

▼Main duties

・Assistance with meals, bathing, and toileting

・Reception of new residents and those leaving, and confirmation of belongings

・Recreation activities and seasonal events

・Record-keeping and staff handovers

▼Growing your skills

At first, you will work alongside senior staff to learn the daily routine. Once you become comfortable, you may be given the responsibility of training newly hired staff. We provide support for obtaining qualifications, and you can pursue practical training courses and certification as a care worker while working.

▼About this facility

A short-term stay facility with an attached day service. 10 minutes by bus from Kuki Station, 20 minutes on foot from Satte Station. You can also commute by car (free parking available).

【Essential Requirements】

・Qualifications: Care Worker Initial Training or higher

・Japanese: Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3 level or equivalent (level at which you can understand conversations with users and the content of records and handover notes). Ability to read hiragana and katakana

【Regarding Residence Status】

Permanent residents, long-term residents, spouses of Japanese nationals, spouses of permanent residents, and those with the residence status "Nursing Care" may apply.
