▼What kind of work?

"Short-term stay" is a care facility where elderly people stay for just a few days to a few weeks. It is used when family members are away from home for work or errands. The schedule is shift-based, combining early shifts, day shifts, late shifts, and night shifts.

▼Main duties

・Assistance with meals, bathing, and toileting

・Reception of new residents and those leaving, and confirmation of belongings

・Recreation and seasonal events

・Night shifts (rounds, toileting assistance, help with waking up)

・Record-keeping and staff handovers

・Night shift allowance 4,500 yen per shift

▼Your skills will grow

At first, you will work alongside senior staff and learn the daily routine. Once you become comfortable, you may be given the role of teaching newly hired staff. We provide support for obtaining qualifications, and you can pursue practical training or certification as a care worker while working.

▼About this facility

A short-term stay facility with a capacity of 20 people, with a day service in the same building. You can commute by bus from Musashi-Urawa Station, and driving is also possible (free parking available).

【Essential Requirements】

・Qualifications: Care Worker Initial Training or higher

・Japanese: Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3 level or equivalent (able to understand conversations with users and the content of records and handover notes). Ability to read hiragana and katakana

【Regarding Residence Status】

Permanent residents, long-term residents, spouses of Japanese nationals, spouses of permanent residents, and those with "Care Worker" residence status are eligible to apply.
