[No Night Shifts] Care Worker, Full-Time Position | Toda City, Monthly Salary ¥220,000–

Full-time employee working day shifts only, no night shifts. Starting salary of 220,000 yen per month. Summer and winter breaks available, allowing you to maintain a consistent daily rhythm.

▼What kind of work?

"Short-term stay" is a care facility where elderly people stay for just a few days to a few weeks. It is used when family members need to be away from home for work or other reasons. You will work as a full-time employee on day shifts only, with no night shifts.

▼Main duties

・Assistance with meals, bathing, and toileting

・Reception of new residents and those leaving, and confirmation of belongings

・Recreation activities and seasonal events

・Record-keeping and staff handovers

▼Growing your skills

At first, you will work alongside senior staff to learn the daily routine. Once you become comfortable, you may be given the responsibility of training newly hired staff. We provide support for obtaining qualifications, and you can pursue practical training certifications and care worker certifications while working.

▼About this facility

A short-term stay facility with a capacity of 20 residents, with a day service center in the same building. Accessible by bus from Musashi-Urawa Station, and commuting by car is also possible (free parking available).

【Essential Requirements】

・Qualifications: Care Worker Initial Training or higher

・Japanese: Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3 level or equivalent (level at which you can understand conversations with users and the content of records and handover notes). Ability to read hiragana and katakana

【Regarding Residence Status】

Permanent residents, long-term residents, spouses of Japanese nationals, spouses of permanent residents, and those with the residence status "Nursing Care" are eligible to apply.
