Job Description
Part-time work at a group home where you can work 2-3 days per week, day shift only. You can choose between starting at 7:00 AM or 11:00 AM. Depending on your performance, there is also a path to becoming a full-time employee.
▼What kind of work?
A "group home" is a house where elderly people with dementia live together in small numbers (up to 9 people per unit). Cooking and laundry are done together with residents whenever possible. As a day shift staff member, you will support their daily lives.
▼Main duties
・Assistance with meals, bathing, and toileting
・Cooking, serving meals, cleaning, laundry
・Exercise, walks, recreational activities
・Confirming medication intake and record-keeping
▼Sample daily schedule (7:00 AM–4:00 PM)
7:00 Assist with wake-up and prepare breakfast
8:00 Breakfast and medication check
9:30 Exercise and walks
10:30 Bathing assistance
11:30 Prepare lunch and lunch time
13:00 Break
14:00 Recreational activities
15:00 Snack time, record-keeping, and handover

Required Skills / Experience
【Essential Requirements】
・Qualifications: Care Worker Initial Training or higher. Experience working in care services
・Japanese: Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3 level or equivalent (able to understand conversations with users and the content of records and handover notes). Ability to read hiragana and katakana
【Regarding Residence Status】
Permanent residents, long-term residents, spouses of Japanese nationals, spouses of permanent residents, and those with "Care Worker" residence status may apply.
