[Konosu City] Care Part-time Position at Group Home | Day Shift Only · ¥1,200/hour and up

This is a part-time position at a group home where you can work day shifts only. You can choose your start time from early shift (7:00 AM), day shift (11:30 AM), or late shift (1:00 PM), and shorter working hours can be negotiated.

▼What kind of work?

A "group home" is a house where elderly people with dementia live together in small numbers (up to 9 people per unit). Cooking, laundry, and other tasks are done together with residents as much as possible. As a day shift staff member, you will support their daily lives.

▼Main duties

・Assistance with meals, bathing, and toileting

・Cooking, serving meals, cleaning, laundry

・Exercise, walks, recreational activities

・Confirming medication intake and record-keeping

▼Sample daily schedule (7:00 AM–4:00 PM)

7:00 AM Assistance with waking up and breakfast preparation

8:00 AM Breakfast and medication confirmation

9:30 AM Exercise and walks

10:30 AM Bathing assistance

11:30 AM Lunch preparation and lunch

1:00 PM Break

2:00 PM Recreational activities

3:00 PM Snacks, record-keeping, and shift handover

▼About this facility

This is a group home with a day service center in the same building. 7 minutes by car from Kitamoto Station. You can commute by car (parking available). We also place emphasis on online (ZOOM) training.

【Essential Requirements】

・Qualifications: Care Worker Initial Training or higher. Experience working in care services

・Japanese: Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3 level or equivalent (able to understand conversations with users and the content of records and handover notes). Ability to read hiragana and katakana

【Regarding Residence Status】

Permanent residents, long-term residents, spouses of Japanese nationals, spouses of permanent residents, and those with "Care Worker" residence status may apply.
