[2 Days/Week OK] Night Shift Part-Time Position at Short-Stay Facility | Kuki City · From ¥18,852 per shift

From 18,852 yen per night shift (6:00 PM to 8:00 AM the next day). Hourly rate of 1,196 yen plus a night shift allowance of 4,500 yen. You can work from 2 days a week, and you can also work multiple jobs simultaneously.

▼What kind of work is it?

"Short-term stay" is a care facility where elderly people stay for just a few days to a few weeks. It is used when family members need to be away from home for work or other reasons. As a night shift specialist staff member, you will watch over residents from dinner through the next morning to ensure they can sleep peacefully.

▼Main duties

・Assistance with dinner and breakfast

・Help with changing clothes, brushing teeth, and preparing for bed

・Night rounds, toilet assistance, help with changing body position

・Assistance with waking up, record-keeping, and handover to day shift staff

▼Flow of night shift (example: 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM the next day)

6:00 PM Arrival and handover

6:30 PM Dinner assistance

8:00 PM Changing clothes, brushing teeth, and bedtime assistance

9:00 PM onwards Night rounds and toilet assistance (120-minute break)

6:00 AM Waking up assistance

7:00 AM Breakfast assistance

7:45 AM Record-keeping and handover to day shift

A short-term stay facility with an attached day service. 10 minutes by bus from Kuki Station, 20 minutes on foot from Satte Station. You can also commute by car (free parking available).

【Essential Requirements】

・Qualifications: Care Worker Initial Training or higher. Experience working in care services

・Japanese: Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3 level or equivalent (able to understand conversations with users and the content of records and handover notes). Ability to read hiragana and katakana

【Regarding Residence Status】

Permanent residents, long-term residents, spouses of Japanese nationals, spouses of permanent residents, and those with "Care Worker" residence status are eligible to apply.
