[12 minutes walk from Gyoda Station] Late shift part-time at short-stay facility | ¥1,196/hour and up, no night shifts

We are recruiting part-time staff for the evening shift (starting at 11:00 or 13:00) at a small 30-bed short-stay facility. You can also work short hours assisting with bathing only. Hourly wages are 1,196 yen to 1,250 yen for those with initial care worker training or practical care worker training, and 1,300 yen to 1,350 yen for certified care workers.

▼What kind of work?

"Short-stay" is a care facility where elderly people stay for just a few days to a few weeks. It is used when family members are away from home for work or errands. As a daytime staff member, you will support the daily lives of those staying at the facility.

▼Main duties

・Assistance with bathing, meals, and toileting

・Exercise and recreational activities

・Sheet changes, cleaning, and laundry

・Checking belongings of those beginning and ending their stay

・Recording the day's events

11:00 Arrival and shift briefing

11:30 Lunch assistance

13:00 Break

14:00 Bathing assistance and recreational activities

15:00 Snack time

17:30 Dinner assistance

19:00 Help with tooth brushing and changing clothes

19:30 Record-keeping and shift briefing

【Essential Requirements】

・Qualifications: Care Worker Initial Training or higher

・Japanese: Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3 level or equivalent (level at which you can understand conversations with users and the content of records and handover notes). Ability to read hiragana and katakana

【Regarding Residence Status】

Permanent residents, long-term residents, spouses of Japanese nationals, spouses of permanent residents, and those with the residence status "Caregiver" may apply.
