▼What kind of work?

At a "day service" where elderly people living at home spend their days, you assist with bathing, meals, exercise, and more. A typical day involves picking up clients in the morning and dropping them off at home in the evening. There are no night shifts.

▼Responsibilities as a full-time employee

・Assistance with bathing, meals, and toileting, plus transportation

・Planning recreational activities and seasonal events

・Recording observations of clients and communicating updates among staff

・Once experienced, training newly hired staff members

▼Getting started

Initially, you'll work alongside a senior staff member, learning the daily routine and the individual characteristics of each client. You won't be assigned to work alone right away.

【Essential Requirements】

・Qualifications: Care Worker Initial Training or higher

・Japanese: Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3 level or equivalent (level where you can understand conversations with users and the content of records and handover notes). Ability to read hiragana and katakana

【Regarding Residence Status】

Permanent residents, long-term residents, spouses of Japanese nationals, spouses of permanent residents, and those with "Care Worker" residence status are eligible to apply.
