At a "day service" where elderly people living at home spend their days, you will assist with bathing, meals, exercise, and more. A typical day involves picking them up in the morning and dropping them off at home in the evening. There are no night shifts.

▼Responsibilities as a full-time employee

・Assistance with bathing, meals, toileting, and transportation

・Planning recreational activities and seasonal events

・Recording observations of service users and communicating with staff

・Once experienced, training new staff members

▼Getting started

Initially, you will work alongside a senior staff member, learning the daily routine and the characteristics of each service user. You will not be assigned to work alone right away.

A day service with short-stay accommodation in Bijogi, Toda City. Accessible by bus from Musashi-Urawa Station, and you can also commute by car (free parking available).

【Essential Requirements】

・Qualifications: None (You can apply even without qualifications or if this is your first time working in care)

・Japanese: Around JLPT N3 level (able to understand conversations with users and the content of records and handover notes). Ability to read hiragana and katakana
