This is a day service with no night shifts and weekends off. If you have the Care Worker Initial Training certification, you can apply even if you're new to care work. There is a system where your hourly wage increases based on internal evaluations.

▼What kind of work?

At a "day service" where elderly people living at home come during the day, you will assist with bathing, meals, exercise, and other activities. A typical day involves picking them up in the morning and dropping them off at their homes in the evening.

▼Main duties

・Assistance with bathing, meals, and toileting

・Leading exercise and recreational activities

・Helping with getting in and out of the shuttle vehicle (driving only for those with a license)

・Recording the day's activities

10:00 Health check and bathing assistance

▼About this facility

This is a day service with a short-stay facility in the same building. It is located 10 minutes by bus from Kuki Station, right in front of the "Kurihara" bus stop. You can also commute by car (free parking available).

【Essential Requirements】

・Qualifications: Care Worker Initial Training or higher

・Japanese: Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3 level or equivalent (level at which you can understand conversations with users and the content of records and handover notes). Ability to read hiragana and katakana

【Regarding Residence Status】

Permanent residents, long-term residents, spouses of Japanese nationals, spouses of permanent residents, and those with "Care Worker" residence status may apply.
