This is a day service with no night shifts and weekends off. You will leverage your caregiving experience and driver's license to handle everything from transportation to bathing and recreational activities.

▼What kind of work is it?

At a "day service" where elderly people living at home spend only daytime hours, you will assist with bathing, meals, exercise, and more. A typical day involves picking up clients in the morning and dropping them off at their homes in the evening.

▼Main duties

・Assistance with bathing, meals, and toileting

・Leading exercise and recreational activities

・Helping clients get in and out of the shuttle vehicle (driving is also required)

・Recording daily observations

▼About this facility

A day service with a capacity of 27 people, with a group home in the same building. 7 minutes by car from Kitamoto Station. You can commute by car (free parking available).

【Essential Requirements】

・Qualifications: Care Worker Initial Training or higher and a regular driver's license (driving is required for transportation). Experience working in care services

・Japanese: Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3 level or equivalent (ability to understand conversations with users and the content of records and handover notes). Ability to read hiragana and katakana

Permanent residents, long-term residents, spouses of Japanese nationals, spouses of permanent residents, and those with "Care Worker" residence status may apply.
