A 7-minute walk from Shin-Shiraoka Station, this is a day service facility with day shifts only—no night shifts. Overtime is minimal. You can discuss how many days per week and how many hours per day you'd like to work.

▼What kind of work?

At a "day service" where elderly people living at home spend their days, you'll assist with bathing, meals, exercise, and more. A typical day runs from picking up clients in the morning to dropping them off at home in the evening.

▼Main duties

・Assistance with bathing, meals, and restroom use

・Leading exercise and recreational activities

・Helping clients board and exit the shuttle vehicle (driving only for those with a license)

・Recording the day's activities

【Absolutely Required Conditions】

・Qualifications: Care Worker Initial Training or higher. Experience working in care

・Japanese: Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3 level or equivalent (able to understand conversations with users and the content of records and handover notes). Ability to read hiragana and katakana

【Regarding Residence Status】

Permanent residents, long-term residents, spouses of Japanese nationals, spouses of permanent residents, and those with "Care Worker" residence status are eligible to apply.
