From 24,000 yen per night shift (17:00 to 9:00 the next day). Hourly rate of 1,300 to 1,400 yen plus a night shift allowance of 4,500 yen. We are recruiting people who can work 10 or more days per month.

▼What kind of work?

"Short-term stay" is a care facility where elderly people stay for just a few days to a few weeks. It is used when family members are away from home for work or other reasons. As a night shift specialist staff member, you will watch over residents from dinner through the next morning to ensure they can sleep peacefully.

▼Main duties

・Assistance with dinner and breakfast

・Help with changing clothes, brushing teeth, and preparing for bed

・Night rounds, toilet assistance, help with changing body position

・Assistance with waking up, record-keeping, and handover to day shift staff

▼Night shift flow (example: 17:00 to 9:00 the next day)

17:00 Arrival and handover

18:00 Dinner assistance

19:30 Changing clothes, brushing teeth, and bedtime assistance

21:00~ Rounds and toilet assistance (60-minute break)

6:00 Waking up assistance

7:30 Breakfast assistance

8:30 Record-keeping and handover to day shift

▼About this facility

A short-term stay facility with a capacity of 20 people, with a day service in the same building. Accessible by bus from Musashi-Urawa Station, and commuting by car is also possible (free parking available).

【Essential Requirements】

・Qualifications: Care Worker Initial Training or higher

・Japanese: Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3 level or equivalent (level where you can understand conversations with users and the content of records and handover notes). Ability to read hiragana and katakana

【Regarding Residence Status】

Permanent residents, long-term residents, spouses of Japanese nationals, spouses of permanent residents, and those with "Care Worker" residence status are eligible to apply.
