■ Job Responsibilities

You will work as a store employee at a directly-operated Torikizoku yakitori restaurant.

・Seating customers, taking orders, and serving dishes and drinks

・Preparation and cooking of yakitori and other items

・Cash register and store cleaning

・Operating the store together with part-time staff

After joining, you will learn the store operations step by step. Our goal is to deliver "inspiration" to our customers.

■ Comprehensive Course and Regional Limited General Course Available

Features of the Regional Limited General Course

・No transfers requiring relocation. You will work at directly-operated stores within Shiga Prefecture

・Career advancement goes up to store manager level. If you wish to advance further, you can apply to transfer to the "Comprehensive Course" after review

■ Salary

Monthly salary: ¥289,579 and up

Fixed overtime allowance (fixed overtime pay: 30 hours / ¥49,699 and up)

Fixed late-night allowance (60 hours / ¥19,880 and up) included

※Additional payment if fixed allowances are exceeded

・Annual raise: Once per year (January)

・Family allowance: ¥18,000 per child per month (¥4,000 additional for middle school students, ¥8,000 additional for high school students and above, for dependent family members age 22 and under)

■ Bonuses

Twice per year (September and March / Previous fiscal year payment record: 2 times ※Average 2.6 months)

■ Working Locations (Directly-operated stores in Shiga Prefecture)

Otsu, Omihachiman, Hikone, Yasu

※Commute methods vary by store

※For those relocating due to job change, we provide housing with zero deposit and zero key money (subject to regulations)
