No Experience Required【Kitchen Staff at Welfare Facility】Meals Provided / Flexible Work Location・Part-time Work Welcome

This is a job cooking meals in a kitchen within a welfare facility.

You will prepare meals for 50–60 users and 30 staff members three times a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

▼You start with "helping out"

You begin by assisting the cook.

・Cutting vegetables

・Measuring ingredients

・Plating finished dishes

・Cleaning dishes (we have a dishwasher)

As you gain experience, we gradually expand the tasks you can do. Eventually, you will be able to cook on your own.

▼The nutritionist plans the menu

The nutritionist decides what to cook. You do not need to plan the menu. You cook according to the set recipes.

▼We use machines

There are simple cooking tasks using large machines. We also have a dishwasher, so you don't need to wash all the dishes by hand.

▼It's not the same work every day

This is not a job where you repeat the same task over and over. What you cook changes from day to day.

You don't just help out—you get to be involved in real cooking work.

▼You can choose your work location

There are more than 10 facilities where you can work. You can discuss a location close to your home (within the same prefecture).

▼You can eat meals at a discount

If you work the late shift, you can eat the warm meal prepared at lunch at a discount (deducted from your salary).

You can save on food costs.

【Required Conditions】

・Japanese language level N4 (level where you can have simple conversations)

　It's fine if you can understand recipes and instructions and act accordingly

・Residence status

　Permanent resident, long-term resident, spouse of Japanese national, spouse of permanent resident, etc.

　Students and those on family visit status can also apply (work permission outside status of residence required. Up to 28 hours per week)

・Driver's license (free parking available)

・Experience in food service or cooking. You can apply without it

※This is a standing job. The kitchen uses fire and steam, so it gets hot in summer

※Initially, we prefer those who can work 3 or more days per week (negotiable)
