Position: Residential Foundation Construction Staff
At construction sites for residential buildings in Saitama, Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Chiba, you will work on "foundation construction" to build the base of buildings.
You will work in teams of several people under a leader, rotating through different sites. Senior staff will teach you each task one by one, so please feel assured even if you have no experience.
■ Team Members [Foreign staff are already active]
・Japanese staff: approximately 8 people (early 20s to 70s)
・Staff from Pakistan: 2 people (early 20s)
■ Daily Schedule
8:00 AM gather at the site → work at the site → 5:00 PM finish
The site changes weekly or monthly.
※Basically, there is no overtime.
■ Salary and Career
・Starting monthly salary of 300,000 yen even with no experience
・Annual salary increase (based on ability and effort). In the future, you can aim for a monthly salary of 350,000 to 400,000 yen
・Bonus once a year
■ For Those Coming from Far Away
For those relocating from outside Saitama Prefecture, housing cost assistance is available (please discuss details at the interview).

・Can understand instructions for fixed tasks in Japanese (approximately N4 level)
・Those who enjoy physical work and can work as part of a team
