▼What kind of work?

You will visit a home where up to 19 people live and provide personalized support for their daily lives.

・Physical assistance (bathing, meals, toileting)

・Daily living assistance (cooking, laundry, cleaning)

・Nighttime monitoring and rounds within the home

・Recording the day's activities

▼Heavy assistance is minimal

The focus is on monitoring meals and mobility. Compared to elderly care facilities, there is less heavy lifting and physical assistance. This is suitable for those who want to increase income but reduce physical strain.

▼Records are entered using a tablet app

You don't write by hand on paper. You enter information into a tablet or smartphone app. You don't need to write long sentences.

▼You can work closely with one person

You won't be responsible for many users at the same time. You can provide support one-on-one, listening carefully at your own pace.

▼Salary

Monthly salary from 373,500 yen

【Breakdown】

・Base salary　　　　　from 180,000 yen

・Position allowance　　　　　 from 35,000 yen

・Special duty allowance　　　 from 15,000 yen

・Qualification allowance　　　　　 from 30,000 yen

・Skill evaluation allowance　　　 from 15,000 yen

・Work improvement allowance　　 from 10,000 yen

・Fixed overtime pay　　　 from 88,500 yen (40 hours)

※Overtime beyond 40 hours will be paid separately

【With night shifts, it increases further】

・Night shift allowance　3,000 yen per shift

・With 6 night shifts per month　＋18,000 yen

┗ Monthly salary 373,500 yen ＋ Night shift allowance 18,000 yen ＝ 391,500 yen

【First-year income】

・Estimated annual income 5,000,000 yen (manager, first year. Varies depending on bonuses and working hours)

・Japanese Language Level N3 or above (you will communicate with users and their families, and enter records)

　Permanent resident, long-term resident, spouse of Japanese national, spouse of permanent resident, etc.
