[Opening in December · Monthly Salary 370,000 Yen or More] Residential Support Staff for Disability Group Home in Kakogawa City

We are recruiting opening staff for a new disability care home opening in December 2026.

If you have the necessary qualifications, you can apply even if you have no experience in care work. The estimated annual salary for the first year is 3.8 million yen.

▼What kind of work?

You will visit a home where up to 19 people live and provide personalized support for their daily lives.

・Physical assistance (bathing, meals, toileting)

・Daily life assistance (cooking, laundry, cleaning)

・Nighttime monitoring and rounds within the home

・Recording the day's activities

・Life consultations from residents and their families

▼Heavy assistance is minimal

The focus is on monitoring meals and mobility. Compared to elderly care facilities, there is less heavy lifting. This position is suitable for those who want to increase income while reducing physical strain.

▼Records are entered using a tablet app

You won't be writing by hand on paper. You'll enter information into a tablet or smartphone app. There's no need to write long sentences.

▼You can work closely with individual residents

You won't be responsible for many residents at the same time. You can provide support one-on-one, listening carefully at your own pace.

▼All staff start on the same day

Since this is an opening position, there is no distinction between those who started first and those who started later. There's no hesitation about asking questions because you started later, and rules are created together by everyone.

▼Salary

Monthly salary: 373,500 yen and up

【Breakdown】

・Base salary　　　　　180,000 yen and up

・Position allowance　　　　　 35,000 yen and up

・Special duty allowance　　 15,000 yen and up

・Qualification allowance　　　　　 30,000 yen and up

・Ability evaluation allowance　　 15,000 yen and up

・Work improvement allowance　　 10,000 yen and up

・Fixed overtime pay　　　 88,500 yen and up (40 hours)

※Overtime beyond 40 hours will be paid separately

【Increases with night shifts】

・Night shift allowance: 3,000 yen per shift

・6 night shifts per month: +18,000 yen

┗ Monthly salary 373,500 yen + night shift allowance 18,000 yen = 391,500 yen

・Certified Care Worker Practical Training

・Care Worker Initial Training

※Applicants without qualifications cannot apply

・Japanese Language Level N3 or above (you will communicate with users and their families, and enter records)
