Daily wage 10,000 yen~ [Scaffolding Assembly Staff] No experience required / Shift work

This is a job assembling and dismantling scaffolding at construction sites for residential houses, condominiums, and apartments.

Work sites are mainly in Saitama and Tokyo, and all jobs are day trips. You'll work in teams of around 3 people.

▼Specific tasks

・Unload scaffolding materials from trucks

・Set up posts, lay floor boards, and install handrails

・Install nets and sheets

・Dismantle after construction is complete and load materials back onto trucks

▼Duration varies depending on site size

Single-family homes are completed in half a day to one day. Condominiums take about a week to assemble.

Some days you'll go to different sites, and other days you'll work at the same site.

▼Required qualifications can be obtained after joining

Scaffolding assembly requires a qualification and a full harness (safety belt).

Both can be obtained by taking a short training course. You'll obtain them after joining, so it's fine if you don't have them now.

▼Process after joining

In the morning, gather at the office and head to the site together.

At first, you'll accompany senior staff and learn the names of materials, how to carry them, and the order of assembly. You won't be climbing to high places right away.

▼It's physical work, but not about brute strength

Materials are passed hand-to-hand in a relay as you assemble. The better the team coordination, the faster and easier the work goes.

▼Where to gather in the morning

In the morning, gather at the office or storage yard (where scaffolding materials are kept) and head to the site together.

・Office: 4-9-1 Fujimino-higashi, Fujimi City, Saitama Prefecture (7 minutes walk from Fujimino Station)

・Tokorozawa storage yard: 190-1 Kamegaya, Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture (8 minutes by car from Higashi-Tokorozawa Station)

Which location you gather at depends on the site. Please discuss this at your interview.
