■ Job Description

Manufacturing and machining of "molds" used to produce medical caps, beverage caps, automotive parts, and more.

All work is performed inside the factory (no outdoor work).

・Cutting (shaping metal with machinery)

・Polishing (finishing metal surfaces by polishing)

Initially, you will be assigned to either cutting or polishing. As you gain experience, you may be asked to work on other processes.

■ Daily Schedule

8:15 Morning briefing and radio exercises

→ Setup (machine preparation)

→ Operating machinery for processing

17:00 End of shift (overtime is approximately 1 hour per day; longer days extend until 18:45)

No prior experience necessary. We hope that as you learn the job, you will grow into someone who thinks independently and takes action rather than waiting for instructions. If you have CAD skills, you can put those to use as well.

■ Your Coworkers

Vietnamese staff members work in both the factory and office.

■ Japanese Language

The job involves technical terminology. We are looking for someone who can listen to instructions in Japanese and ask questions or report issues when they don't understand. The interview will assess your conversational ability.

3 months
