115 days of annual leave | New base launch team member supporting care experience and foreign care staff

■ Position: Global Division Founding Member

This is a role supporting foreign care staff at a new facility opening in October 2026.

・Marketing, recruitment activities, interviews with job seekers

・Proposal activities to care facilities within the group (introducing foreign staff and proposing acceptance support)

・Retention support for foreign care staff working in the group (interviews, consultation on work and life matters)

・Recruitment activities for foreign job seekers, video shooting for SNS

・Planning and operating monthly events

・Due to a division of labor system, administrative tasks are handled by other staff members. You can focus on proposal activities.

■ Sample Daily Schedule (Example: 9:00–18:00)

9:00 Morning briefing and schedule confirmation → 9:30 Visit care facilities for proposals (travel by car or train) → 12:00 Lunch break (60 minutes) → 13:00 Interviews with foreign staff → 15:00 Video shooting and SNS preparation → 17:30 Daily report → 18:00 End

■ Workplace Staff

・The group already has over 200 foreign workers employed as care staff

・The new facility is planned to have 8 initial members (4 of whom are foreign)

・It is expected to grow to over 20 staff members within the first year.

■ Training and Support

・Even if you are new to proposal activities or office work, that's fine

・For the first month, you will learn by visiting facilities and conducting interviews together with a senior staff member

・Remote work is available

■ About the Company

・A corporate group with sales exceeding 2 billion yen and over 2,000 employees group-wide. We will build a new division together under a stable management foundation.

■ Salary and Days Off

・Monthly salary 250,000 yen and up + incentives (average 50,000 yen per month, paid based on results)

・115 annual holidays. Overtime is approximately 4 hours per month, and you can usually leave on time

■ Japanese Language Level

・Approximately N2 level. You will make proposals and explanations in Japanese to care facility staff

・You will read Japanese emails and documents, and write daily reports

■ Licenses and Qualifications

・Not required

■ Previous Experience

・No care experience necessary

・Experience in hotels or customer service is a plus

・No need for experience in marketing or office work

・Those who speak Burmese or Indonesian are welcome (to provide support to care staff from Myanmar and Indonesia)
