■ Job Description

This is a job painting large ships at a shipyard in Ehime Prefecture.

・Grinding work with sanders and cleaning before painting

・Painting work with brushes and rollers

・Spray painting work

・Surface preparation work before painting

At 8:00 AM, the supervisor will give work instructions. You will work together with the skilled workers on site who will teach you. We welcome people with no experience.

■ Daily Schedule

8:00 Work instructions and start

10:00 Break (20-30 minutes)

12:00-13:00 Lunch break (1 hour)

15:00 Break (20-30 minutes)

17:00 End of work (overtime available during busy periods)

■ For Those Who Want to Earn More

During busy periods, there is 2-3 hours of overtime per day.

If you want to work more, you can also support other sites or night shifts after regular hours.

■ Work Style and Compensation

・This is a contract work arrangement (not an employment contract with the company)

・The company will support those who are unsure about filing tax returns

・Daily wage: 14,400 yen (1,800 yen per hour × 8 hours)

・Payment is made once a month. We can also discuss advance payment

・Full attendance Monday through Friday. There are also work days on Saturdays

・We prefer people who can work long-term. If both parties agree, you can also challenge yourself to become a full-time employee

■ Dormitory (Private Room)

・You can use a dormitory near the shipyard for 15,000 yen per month

・Bicycle rental available

・6-tatami private room. Large bath, toilet, and washbasin are shared

・Persons with a residence status of "Permanent Resident," "Long-term Resident," "Spouse of a Japanese National," or "Spouse of a Permanent Resident" (residence status with no time limit)

・Persons who understand simple Japanese (level of understanding greetings and instructions such as "bring ○○")

・It is okay if you cannot read or write Japanese

・Persons who can work 5 or more days per week and for a long period

・Persons without tattoos on the face (tattoos other than on the face are okay)
