▼What kind of work?

You will operate machines that make "screws" (screw cold-forming machines).

Cold-forming (atsuzou) is the process of pressing metal material with strong force to create shapes like screw heads. The screws and rivets you produce are used in automobiles, cameras, copiers, mobile phones, and more.

▼A day's work

・Prepare the machine for operation (setup)

・Operate the machine to produce screws

・Verify that the finished screws match the drawings in shape and size

・Adjust delivery schedules

・Consult with colleagues about post-production processing

※You will often carry boxes weighing 5–20 kg

Machine type doesn't matter. If you have experience operating machinery in a factory, you'll be fine even if this is your first time with screws.

▼For those with families

Weekends off, 114 annual holidays. Overtime is minimal, and you can normally leave at 5:30 PM. Since you're home in the evening, you can prioritize your children's events and family time.

Family allowance, housing allowance, and commuting allowance are provided. Bonuses are paid twice yearly, and there is a retirement pension system. This is a company suited for those who want to "live with their family in this region."

【Essential Requirements】

・Experience as a machine operator in manufacturing (any type of machine)

・Valid ordinary automobile driver's license (Class 1)

・Japanese language ability at approximately JLPT N3 level (able to read numbers on drawings and understand instructions from senior staff)

・Educational background is not required

【Regarding Residence Status】

We welcome permanent residents, long-term residents, spouses of Japanese nationals, and spouses of permanent residents.

Since the work primarily involves machine operation, you cannot work under the "Technology/Humanities/International Services" residence status.

【Physical Requirements】

You will frequently need to carry boxes weighing 5–20 kg.
