Job Description
Job Title: Steel Processing Staff (Crane Operation & Welding)
■Job Description
At the factory, you will process iron materials (H-beams and sheet piles) used in construction projects for buildings and apartments.
These materials prevent soil collapse during construction work. Your work protects the safety of people working at construction sites.
■Daily Schedule
8:00 Work starts → Wash materials in cleaning machine → Transport and arrange with crane → Cut with gas cutting machine → Join with semi-automatic welding → 18:00 End
Heavy materials are transported by crane. There is no work involving carrying heavy objects by hand.
■Coworkers
The factory has approximately 28 employees, primarily in their 20s and 30s.
Across the company, 2 staff members from Indonesia and 2 from Nepal are working.
■Training & Support
At first, you will learn by observing senior staff and start with simple tasks. You will develop technical skills over 2-3 years.
While working, you can obtain qualifications in semi-automatic welding, rigging, and crane operation. The company will support you.
■Career Advancement
As you are able to perform more tasks, your salary increases.
Example of a senior staff member who started with no experience: Year 1 monthly salary 300,000 yen → Year 2 monthly salary 320,000 yen → Year 5 monthly salary 380,000 yen (allowances separate)
Required Skills / Experience
▼Japanese Language Level Required
Work instructions are given through Japanese conversation with senior staff. It's fine as long as you can understand the explanations (around N4 level).
Kanji reading and writing are not necessary. Other staff will support you with documents and paperwork.
■Nice to Have
・A regular Japanese driver's license (AT automatic transmission only is OK) or a motorcycle license (50cc or larger)
Reason: The factory is far from the station, so it's easy to commute by car or motorcycle.
・Experience with crane or welding work (if you have experience, we will set your salary higher)

・During the probationary period (3 months), hours are 8:00 to 17:00.
