Recruitment Overview

Our company is recruiting highly skilled IT engineers who can work as immediate assets to support corporate DX and system development.

Depending on your experience and skills in web/open-source development, cloud, AI/generative AI, infrastructure, PM/PL, and more, we will introduce you to various projects.

Work Location

Remote work is negotiable, but you may also be required to work on-site at client locations.

Projects are basically within Tokyo's 23 wards, so there is a possibility you may be required to commute within that area.

Job Description

You will participate in system development and IT/DX projects submitted by companies as a contract engineer.

Project Examples

・Web application development ・Business system development ・Smartphone app development ・System development utilizing AI/generative AI ・Cloud environment design and construction ・Infrastructure development utilizing AWS/Azure/GCP ・Data platform and data analysis ・Frontend development ・Backend development ・PM/PL ・Requirements definition/basic design/detailed design ・System architecture design ・DevOps/SRE ・Security-related work, etc.

Selection Process

【STEP5】Contract and project participation

After confirming your experience, skills, and desired conditions, we will introduce suitable projects to you.

【Desired Profile】

・Those with 1 or more years of practical experience as an IT engineer

・Those who can independently drive their assigned areas and investigate and resolve technical issues on their own

・Those who can communicate smoothly within the team

・Those who can articulate their own skills and experience

・Those who are proactive in catching up with new technologies

・Those who can participate in projects with responsibility as a contractor

【Required Conditions】

・1 or more years of practical experience as an IT engineer

・Ability to independently proceed with work in your assigned area

・Must be eligible to contract as a contractor
