[Hatsudai] Interpretation and translation work using English and Japanese – visa support available

【Basic Information】

◇Job Duties: Interpretation and customer service at a multilingual call center

・Interpreting conversations between Japanese staff and foreign users (three-way telephone interpretation)

・Assisting foreign users with infrastructure contracts and other services by explaining manuals and guiding them through to contract completion

・Interpreting for native staff working at overseas call centers

・Email translation, etc.

・Customer support in Japanese

All duties are conducted via telephone or video equipment, with main responsibilities including interpretation for inquiries to transportation services, stores, medical facilities, government agencies, and email translation.

【Work Schedule】

Work Days: Shift system, 5 days per week including weekends and holidays (shifts are created monthly by the team)

Work Hours: Shift system between 8:00～21:00, with 8 hours of actual work per day

① 08:30～17:30　② 12:00～21:00

【Compensation】

Hourly Rate: ¥1,450 (may vary slightly depending on language skills)

Transportation: Full transportation allowance provided

【Required Skills】

◇Japanese Level: Business level (JLPT N2 or equivalent)

◇English Level: Business level (approximately TOEIC 700 points)

◇PC Skills: Able to perform basic input operations in Excel and Word on Windows PC in Japanese

【Schedule】

Interview with our staff (including residence card verification) → Create skill sheet and recommend to client → Company visit (language check) → Start work

If everything proceeds smoothly, work can begin in approximately one week.

【Training】

Comprehensive training is provided.

The initial stage focuses mainly on training, with customer service responsibilities gradually increasing.

Through repeated OJT, you will become independent over the course of one year.

◇Limited to those who already hold a visa that allows 40 hours of work per week, such as Highly Skilled Professional visa, Working Holiday visa, or spouse of a Japanese national.
