≪Job Description≫

At civil engineering construction sites in Tokyo, you will be responsible for traffic control to ensure the safety of vehicles and pedestrians.

〇Traffic Control

Ensure safe passage for construction vehicles, general vehicles, and pedestrians.

Use a traffic baton to give stop and go instructions at appropriate times.

〇Teamwork

You will typically be assigned to a team of 1 to 3 people at the site.

Cooperate with your teammates as needed and proceed with safety as the top priority.

〇Direct Commute

Travel directly from your home to construction sites in Tokyo, and return home immediately after work.

Commuting is hassle-free, allowing you to make effective use of your personal time.

■Notes

・There is a 20-hour training period.

The daily wage during the training period is 8,000 yen.

・Initially, you will learn through classroom instruction by watching videos and reading materials during training.

After that, you will visit actual job sites and learn the work.

・Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The hours may vary slightly depending on the site.

・Some days work may finish early.

【Required】

・Age 18 or older (Under the Security Services Act, persons under 18 cannot work in security positions)

・Residence status with no work restrictions (Permanent resident, Long-term resident, Spouse of Japanese national, etc.)

Even if you are new to security work, you can learn the basics through 20 hours of training.
