Job Description
Job Title: Machine Operator
■Job Description
You will operate machine tools that manufacture automotive-related parts.
You will work at a factory in Miyoshi City (dispatch destination). It is a stable company with a long history in the local area. Your employment contract will be with Joy Planning Co., Ltd. (dispatch company).
■Working with Your Team
There are more than 10 foreign staff members. Men and women in their 20s and 30s are active in this workplace. If you have any concerns, you can ask immediately.
■Training and Support
We welcome those with no experience.
Joy Planning, the dispatch company, has staff who speak Vietnamese, English, and Chinese. You can consult about any concerns at any time.

In the workplace, you will receive work instructions in Japanese and ask questions to your colleagues. You need Japanese language skills at approximately N3 level to conduct work conversations. For reading and writing, you can apply if you can read hiragana and katakana.

Overtime is approximately 10 to 30 hours per month.
Contracts are renewed every 3 months to 1 year.
