This is a job doing civil engineering and exterior construction work at job sites in Kanagawa Prefecture.

You will be in charge of three types of work: foundation work, site development work, and exterior construction.

You'll work in teams of 2 to 3 people. Since the job sites are in Kanagawa Prefecture, there are no overnight stays.

▼Foundation Work (Creating the foundation of a building)

・Excavating the ground

・Laying crushed stone and compacting it with machinery

・Measuring level and aligning heights

・Assembling formwork and arranging reinforcing steel

・Pouring concrete

This is an invisible part of the work, but it is the most important construction that supports the building.

▼Site Development Work (Making land usable)

・Excavating, transporting, and leveling soil

・Assisting staff operating heavy machinery

・Building retaining walls (walls to prevent soil collapse)

・Installing drainage systems to direct rainwater

▼Exterior Construction Work (Creating the exterior surroundings of a building)

・Stacking blocks and installing fences

・Finishing parking lots with concrete

・Creating pathways around gates and approaches

・Planting trees

Since residents see these areas every day, the quality of the finish is important.

▼Daily schedule

You gather at the depot at 7 a.m. and travel to the job site together in company vehicles.

Work runs from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. After finishing, you clean up and return to the depot.

You'll start by assisting experienced staff.

You'll gradually learn tool names, how to transport materials, and how to move around the job site by working alongside senior staff.

As you become capable of more tasks, you'll be given more responsibilities.
