Job Description
This is a kitchen staff position at a Kyoto-style kaiseki restaurant in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, and a soba kaiseki restaurant in Ginza.
You will move between the two restaurants depending on the day's circumstances. Learn two types of Japanese cuisine: kaiseki using Kyoto vegetables and Tsukiji ingredients, and soba kaiseki using buckwheat flour from Aomori's Shirakami Mountains.
▼Specific duties
・Cooking to match the pace of customers' meals
・Service to customers
・Food inventory management and ordering
・Dishwashing
・Restaurant cleaning
▼Because it's a small restaurant, you can experience everything
With few seats, the restaurant can be run by one person.
Rather than being assigned to just one station, you can learn all aspects of the restaurant, from cooking to food inventory management.
▼Your progression after joining
At first, you will learn from senior staff and gradually expand what you can do.
This company entrusts more and more work to motivated people.
▼In the future, you will manage the restaurant
With experience, you can reach a position where you manage and operate the restaurant independently.
For those considering independence, this is an environment where you can learn restaurant operations themselves. We also teach you how to use social media.
