We do roofing work centered in Kyoto.

We repair and replace roofs on various buildings including factories, apartments, and residential homes. All job sites are within the Kinki region and are day trips.

▼We work in the factory on rainy days

Roofing work cannot be done outdoors when it rains.

On rainy days, this company has us do sheet metal work in the factory. Since there is always work available even on days we cannot go outside, you don't have to worry about your income decreasing.

▼We go to job sites in groups of two or more

In the morning, we gather at the company and head to the site together. You won't be sent to a site alone.

At first, you'll accompany senior staff and gradually learn the names of tools and the order of tasks.

▼You'll develop a skilled trade

The roof is the most important part of a house for protecting it from rain and wind. Not many people can repair roofs.

We also support you in obtaining architectural sheet metal qualifications, so as you gain experience, you'll be able to do more work and your salary will increase.
