[Osaka Station] Kitchen Staff for Creative Skewered Fried Foods / Lightly and Crispy Fried / 3858-3-k

A specialty restaurant for creative skewered fried dishes located on the 4th floor of KITTE Osaka. With the theme of "light and crispy," we create skewered fried dishes by combining seasonal ingredients. Guests enjoy them at a U-shaped counter paired with wines selected by our sommelier.

▼Specific duties

・Preparation (cutting ingredients and preparing materials before cooking). This is important work to make the most of seasonal ingredients

・Frying skewered dishes (we serve them freshly fried to match the pace at which customers eat)

・Creating original skewered fried dishes with extra care (we delight customers with new combinations of ingredients)

・During lunch, prepare and serve business lunch set meals (we deliver them quickly and carefully during busy lunch hours)

・In the evening, serve dishes at the counter (customers can watch the craftsman's handiwork right before their eyes)

▼Training process after joining

First, you'll start with basic work like preparation alongside senior staff. As you become more comfortable, we'll gradually expand the tasks you can handle. We also provide training tailored to your skills and experience.

▼Regarding salary

Fixed overtime allowance includes 30 hours (46,084 yen or more), and any hours beyond that are paid separately. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)
