It attracts composed clientele, allowing staff to focus on attentive service.

▼Specific Duties

・Seating guests (an important task that sets the restaurant's first impression)

・Delivering dishes to tables (serving freshly prepared meals with care)

・Preparing and serving beverages (ensuring guests are not kept waiting)

・Clearing and setting tables (so the next guests feel comfortable)

・Restocking table condiments (checking frequently so guests don't run short during their meal)

▼Career Path After Joining

You'll start with basic duties alongside senior staff. Training is tailored to your skill level, and you'll also develop knowledge about alcoholic beverages. There are opportunities to participate in new store openings and pathways to positions such as store manager or management roles.

▼Compensation

Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (46,084 yen or more), with additional hours paid separately. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)
