▼Specific Job Duties

・Prep work (preparing ingredients and performing detailed tasks to maintain freshness and quality)

・Cooking fried foods, grilled items, simmered dishes, stir-fries, and more (initially supporting with simpler dishes)

・Plating and finishing dishes (paying attention to presentation to enhance the final product)

・Checking food inventory and placing orders (managing daily to ensure no shortage of materials)

▼Career Path After Joining

You'll start with simple prep work and cooking support, gradually building your culinary skills. Once you're comfortable with the basics, you can take on more specialized techniques through our company's unique training program. You'll also have opportunities to suggest menu improvements and new dishes.

▼Compensation

Salary includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (49,570 yen or more), with any additional hours paid separately. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)
