▼Specific Duties

・Guide customers to their seats (an important job that makes the first impression of the restaurant)

・Carry dishes to tables (delivering freshly prepared delicious food with care)

・Prepare and serve drinks (it is important not to keep customers waiting)

・Keep tables clean and tidy (so the next customers can sit comfortably)

・Refill condiments on tables (checking frequently so customers don't run out during their meal)

▼Process After Joining

First, you will start with basic duties such as seating and serving alongside senior staff members. Training is provided tailored to your skills and experience. As you become more comfortable, you will gradually take on more responsibilities.

▼Regarding Salary

The salary includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (46,084 yen or more), with any additional hours paid separately. During the 2-month probationary period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)
