A creative chicken dining restaurant where you can enjoy duck skewers grilled over charcoal with a fragrant aroma, steamed duck broth, and seasonal obanzai (Japanese home-style side dishes). The sophisticated and stylish interior has a soft atmosphere created with wood.

▼Specific duties

・Prepare ingredients (such as cutting vegetables, preparation work before cooking. Being quick and accurate makes cooking smooth)

・Perform basic cooking such as frying and boiling (this is foundational work that determines the taste of dishes)

・Assist with cooking and plating (finish with a beautiful appearance and deliver each plate to customers as a dish worthy of our restaurant)

・Once experienced, prepare main dishes (rewarding work where you take charge of the restaurant's signature flavors)

・Procure ingredients (gather necessary materials and support the restaurant's daily operations)

▼Career progression after joining

You will start with basics such as ingredient preparation. After assisting with cooking and plating, you will progress to main cooking tasks in stages. Training is provided, and you can also take on challenges in planning new menu items.

▼Regarding salary

Includes fixed overtime pay for 30 hours (46,084 yen or more), with any additional hours paid separately. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)
