▼Specific Job Duties

・Guiding customers to their seats (an important task that sets the tone for a relaxing experience)

・Delivering prepared dishes to tables (it's essential to serve them while hot and in perfect presentation)

・Serving our carefully selected alcoholic beverages (to help customers enjoy their meals even more)

・Setting tables cleanly (so the next customers can be seated comfortably)

・Refilling table condiments such as sauce and salt (we check frequently to ensure customers are never inconvenienced during their meal)

▼Onboarding Process

First, you will learn about professional etiquette and customer service philosophy from a senior mentor in our training department. When you have questions, your colleagues will also look out for you. We provide training tailored to your skill level and progress, so as you become more comfortable, you will gradually take on more responsibilities.

▼Compensation

Base salary includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (46,084 yen or more), with any additional hours paid separately. During the 2-month probationary period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)
