[Sakuragi-cho] Hall Staff at a Sushi Bar with Enjoyable Counter Conversations / 2449-3-h

A casual sushi bar with a total of 35 seats, mostly counter seating. Since we're close to our customers, you can enjoy conversations while working. All staff members work together to create a lively atmosphere.

▼Specific duties

・Seating customers (an important job that sets the first impression of our restaurant)

・Delivering finished dishes to tables (it's important to deliver them while hot and in good condition)

・Serving drinks (supporting the time for customers to enjoy conversation)

・Setting tables cleanly (so the next customers feel comfortable sitting down)

・Restocking table condiments like sauce and salt (we check frequently so customers don't run out during their meal)

▼Process after joining

First, you'll learn from a senior staff member in charge of training about business etiquette and customer service philosophy. When you're unsure about something, senior staff around you will look out for you. We also provide training tailored to your skill level, so as you get more comfortable, you can gradually take on more responsibilities.

▼Regarding salary

Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (46,084 yen or more), with any additional hours paid separately. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)

・Those with experience in hall or customer service work (part-time experience is also acceptable)

・Those who wish to continue working in food service for a long time

It's okay even if you have little customer service experience. Senior staff will teach you carefully.
