This is a casual shop located in Grand Front Osaka where you can enjoy whiskey in a relaxed atmosphere. We serve homemade dishes that pair well with whiskey, accompanied by warm and attentive service.

▼Specific Job Duties

・Prepare ingredients (including detailed work to maintain the freshness and quality of ingredients)

・Prepare fried dishes, grilled items, stews, stir-fries, and more (our menu features a wide variety)

・Plate and finish dishes beautifully (presentation is an important part of the final dish)

・Manage ingredient inventory and place daily orders (essential work to ensure we never run out of dishes and minimize waste)

▼Career Progression After Joining

You'll start with simple prep work and cooking support, gradually taking on more main cooking responsibilities. Once you become familiar with the restaurant's operations, you can challenge yourself with specialized techniques. You'll also have opportunities to suggest menu improvements and new dishes.

▼Compensation

Salary includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (49,570 yen or more), with any additional hours paid separately. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)
