【Nishi-Umeda】Kitchen Staff Making Japanese Side Dishes to Go with Rice/3881-3-k

This is a "Rice Restaurant" run by Zojirushi on the 5th floor of Breeze Breeze in Nishi-Umeda. We create Japanese side dishes that pair well with rice using seasonal ingredients. These are dishes that pay careful attention to visual appeal.

▼Specific duties

・Perform prep work (cutting ingredients and preparing materials before cooking). Maintaining the freshness of ingredients is also important

・Prepare various dishes such as fried foods, grilled items, simmered dishes, and stir-fries (initially you will assist with simpler dishes)

・Plate dishes beautifully and finish them (visual appeal is part of what makes food delicious)

・Check inventory of ingredients and place orders (you support the restaurant's cooking by ensuring we don't run out of or have excess materials)

▼Process after joining

You will start with simple prep work and assisting with cooking. Once you become familiar with the restaurant's operations, you can take on more specialized techniques through company training. You will also have the opportunity to participate in planning new menu items.

▼Regarding salary

This includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (46,084 yen or more), with any additional hours paid separately. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)
