A high-end yakitori restaurant in Shibuya's Dogenzaka area that operates exclusively by reservation for course meals. We serve yakitori made from rare local chicken "Takasaka-dori" and dishes that showcase Japanese culinary techniques. A calm Japanese space with 16 seats centered around a counter.

▼Specific duties

・Seating customers (an important job that sets the first impression of the restaurant)

・Taking orders and explaining the menu (conveying the characteristics of dishes and drinks to deliver the joy of choosing)

・Serving dishes and drinks to tables (delivering freshly grilled deliciousness with care)

・Handling payments (an important job to ensure customers leave feeling satisfied)

▼Training process after joining

You'll start with basic duties like seating and serving alongside senior staff. We also provide training tailored to your skills and experience. You'll gradually develop attentive customer service while talking with customers at the counter.

▼Regarding salary

Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (46,084 yen or more), with additional payment for hours exceeding this. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)
